How to add emotion to computer speech?

I use a text to speech tool, but sometimes any no. of workarounds (in the way one would type the text) do not yield the correct emotion (stress intonation) to the speech.
Is there a good tool to do that, or maybe some tips and tricks in a way one would input the text (like “any eeee” gives the desired effect in some cases) that effects the speech (any url would be helpful)
