How do I get to speech with Windows Vista?

Question by jerfunk67: How do I get to speech with Windows Vista?
I have Windows Vista, and I can’t find “Speech” in the control panel. Does anyone with Vista know where I can find the Speech program where you type stuff in and the computer says it? Thanks.

Just click start and type “speech”. It will come up.
