windows speech recognition,but i suppose the program you use is good also

Yes, the software does not restrict your touch to keyboard & mouse. you can use a both…but one thing at a time. You talk, pause..do your mouse movements manually. BTW, you can also control mouse by voice. (It would be time consuming process).
That was cool, but lets say you have to do some thing and the computer can not understand what you are saying. Could u use the mouse while the program is active?
