She specializes in language acquisition and the neural bases of language, and she has also conducted research on language development in autism and computer speech recognition. The Big Brother(Mr.Miwa) is responsible for phonemes, and Little Brother(Mr.Sakonda) takes care of intonation and accent. The voice is synthesized from duet’s actions. ok when you goto “Control Panel > Speech” is there anywhere you can get other voices insted of just “Microsoft Sam” ? is there a website one can goto, to download more..? please help..

Yea, go to downloads.com, there is a sound software, i don’t remember the name of it, but i used it for a presentation i had to do.
